First and foremost we want you to be delighted with your Jack Desk/Eiger Desk and will do everything we can to ensure that...we mean it when we say that having you 100% happy is our aim. Our refund policy is for a full 30 days. All we ask is that you inform us of your intent to do so and the reason by email prior. Returns do need to be sent by our recommended couriers, Sprintshift, Low Cost Parcels and Parcel Force to avoid any transit damage. We will arrange this.
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you by email. When your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately...easy!
Where the return is a non-damaged related issue we do not refund delivery.

Terms of Service
iwantastandingdesk Limited designs, manufactures and retails standing/height adjustable desks and related accessories.
The process to deliver your order starts immediately. We will deliver to the address instructed by you using our preferred courier provider, Sprintshift. Under normal circumstances delivery will be with you within 14 working days of ordering. If this isn't going to be achieved we will notify you by e-mail.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after purchasing on-line. Please contact us by e-mail and we will delete your order from our systems immediately.
Modifications To The Service And Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. (Please check our website for all prices).
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Wherever possible we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your contact.
